x what is "Silver October"?
I've been playing upright bass since the 4th grade, but Silver October is an alias I've been producing electronic music under since early 2021. I use this music to express my struggles/triumphs in my transgenderism as well as to praise/mourn things in the world we live in. I have lived in the city of Chicago my entire life, and have self-taught all my digital music production from studying my faves of older rave and prog-rock records. I make most of my music through sudden spur-of-the-moment ideas that get beamed into my head throughout the day.
