x what is "Silver October"?
I've been playing music on upright bass since the 4th grade, but Silver October is an alias I've been producing electronic music under since early 2021. I use this music to express my struggles and triumphs in my transgenderism as well as to appreciate and mourn things in the world we live in. I have lived in the city of Chicago my entire life, and have self-taught all my digital music production from studying my faves of older rave and prog-rock records. I make most of my music through sudden spur-of-the-moment ideas that get beamed into my head throughout the day.

As of 8/26/26, I'm working on a soundtrack for a small but quite cool video game
that I can't tell you the name of just yet
... I've been working on performing on hardware ever since getting myself an EMX-1, which has been going well but is very difficult and will take some practice. I'm also working in live sound engineering around the city of Chicago.
